NorCal 3rd Saturday
i had to check the calendar twice. January 18th is the third Saturday. Great weather predicted - Let's do a 9:30 Breakfast at Mel's in/on Folsom Blvd. and we can decide if a run up Greenvalley Rd to Placerville and Hi. 49 in either direction sounds good.

I have to work that weekend to pay for the gas for next time :)
We need to be doing a "Rain Dance" it's getting worse as each day goes by.
By the way, "I Believe" Santa Claus drives a Brown Truck :) :) :)

I too didn't realize the 3rd Saturday is coming up. The grand kids have their "Kick off tournament" (KOT) for Rugby this weekend. I haven't seen my grand daughter play yet, so I will have to reluctantly pass this time..... although I had a beautiful ride in the foothills today..... and probably tomorrow :D

Eleven die hard Cobra guys met at Mel's this morning for breakfast and car talk. After breakfast some of us rumbled through old town Folsom, out Green Valley road up towards Placerville. We drove from Missouri Flat road over to 49 to Plymouth, west to El Dorado Hill road and back to Hiway 50. Beautiful, warm drive with the normal twists and turns. Looking forward to the next third Saturday when i look forward to seeing everyone again.

Glad I was able to make it last minute. Crazy, it's Jan 20th and still perfect driving weather.
We need to get some rain soon though, the lake is freakin' empty. Scary.
