Phil

Will try and make it @ Jaspers or Chevron pending my work status. Right now with all the fires down South and Strikes teams sent out, our staffing issues with mandatory overtime is day to day.

Duane, I'll try and call you Sat. morning on your cell and let you know how it looks. I think 8:30 is going to be pretty tough though.

Bummer,

Unexpected family obligations will prevent me from attending. May not be such a bad thing though...haven't had my alignment done, and the car is diffucult to control at freeway speeds. I have an appt to take care of that next saturday, so I should be good to go next time.

Now that was fun and absolutely flawless weather, wasn't it!

pgermond 09-30-2006 05:09 PM

Yep, couldn't ask for better weather or a better bunch to go to breakfast with. I mentioned to a couple of you that there is a web site with the Best Motorcycle Roads in California (they are excellent for Cobra's as well!!!) Here's the link http://www.pashnit.com/motoroads.htm

I'm glad you guys took good care of my son and daughter-in law. I think he intends to go on all the runs now. I may be looking for something to drive for me.

Sure, rub it in for the people that have to work to protect your safety on the weekends!!
Did you hear about the house explosion in Carmichael that is probably arson, yea I was there for 16 hours at the expense of the Cobra run this morning. Sounds like you guys had fun, hopefully I cam make it next time.

Man of few words really enjoyed the outing.

Mark from SVS , did most of the driving and had a blast.

Us poor old retired guys appreciate all that are still working and contributing to the economy.

See you guys 3rd Sat

Maurice
