Wow, this must be what it feels like the day after you win the Super Bowl or World Series! Years of planning & strategies coming to a successful completion. I feel like one of the luckiest guys on earth!

I'm not sure how they divide them up. I just know based on numbers and time from last year that it was not done sequentially. I know that Sacramento has a few different lines to call into (I think they had six last year) and they may give each of the lines a "block" of numbers to distribute. The exact process is a mystery to me.
