Hello Randy,

The location is in Granite Bay and is at the corner of Auburn Folsom and Douglas. If you took the exit off of Hwy 80 on Douglas heading toward Granite bay it will be on the left hand corner when you hit Douglas.

See ya there,
Andre

Phil? You've been holding out on us all this time. Geezzzzzz. Had no idea you were doing R&R work these days in your retirement. Hey..., now I know where we can send Andre' with all his exciting Cobra newbie questions and needs. He lives over closer to you. Good to know. Thanks. Duane :D

That was a great little turnout and breakfast meet. Cool little drives on those frontage roads. It was good seeing everyone and all the cars. Phil, maybe you can mark that one down as a definite do-over again for sure. Nice having a starting destination for meeting up for coffee, then a destination for breakfast, followed by a nice drive back. Perfect. Hopefully someone will post some pictures. Even Jdog made it. :)

jdog 08-18-2007 04:12 PM

Yeah me too!

Yes I made it and here's proof!:p

Great outing, I guess you really can enjoy these cars by actually driving them!;)

Thanks Phil!

What an exceptional group :) Yep, a good destination and a great turn-out.... I counted 15 cars. The Grass Valley contingent showed up, which was nice (Chuck - bring Jim next time... the guy I met in Costco with the new SPF you helped out ). After leaving Colfax a bunch of us went down Placer Hills Road to Auburn where some peeled off, and then Allen and Elaine, Marc, and me took a tour of Hwy 49. Cool, Pilot Hill (Randall, I hope we didn't loose you leaving Colfax), Garden Valley (Duane, Bob and Melonie were at the car show in Garden Valley with their Dragon and said to say hi. They took 1st place at Hot August Nights), Lotus, Rescue (I thought maybe Pat would be waiting on the road side in Rescue with refreshments), and then through Folsom and home.

I saw lots of cameras, so post some more photos!
