Plates/tags wanted

Hi all,

My neighbor is after a set of Californian tags/plates.

He is after these for his show car and wants two black and yellow plates or two blue and yellow plates. Numbers do not need to match.

He is more than happy to pay cash for postage etc. Or to swap Australian plates.
