Post Les Schwab Car Show

Has anybody seen the new commercial on tv for the 3rd Les Schwab Car Show which is on August 26????

It shows highlights of last years car show. There is a cobra driving into the car show that just happens to be a club cobra member. 1. Which club cobra member has a red with white stripes? Sorry Fred Z, it's not you. 2. Has white side pipes and a 427 with dual carbs? 3. Brought his son and arrived late?

Is it Mark Richter????

Congratulations Mark, you and your cobra are in the commercial! Is anybody going to the car show this year?

Thumbs up I'm Gunna!!

Its in Enumclaw at the King County Fair Grounds. I'm game if yawl are. Maybe this year I'll get video'd!!!

Rich, wanna run together?

Driving Directions: From the north, go south on Interstate 405 to the Maple Valley Highway (State Route 169), go south to Enumclaw, and follow the signs. From Interstate 5, take Highway 18 east to Auburn, and State Route 164 east to Enumclaw, and follow the signs. From the south, take State Route 167 and go east on State Route 410 to 284th Avenue SE.

This should cover that, eh?

Oh, they let you do a "burn out" on the way in, right Dennis? (He hurt his foot doing his last year).

Best Regards,

Zderf

Sorry Creeper, this show is on the other coast, in Washington. You are more than welcome to come, it should only take a few days to drive over.

Creeper,

It is about a 45 to 60 minute drive from Seattle, no big deal. You would go south on 5 to 18 and 164 as noted above. Or post here and I'm sure somebody can help ya get there.

Thumbs up Sounds Good

Rich and I will likely meet you there. Need to confrim things as I just returned from the "Drive from Hell" ... 370 miles in 10 hours (Newport OR to Woodinville). Rain (torrents), jack knives (2), traffic, hydro-planing races.... Goof Grief.

More to follow on schedule.

What time are any others planning to be there???
