5-22 car show update
I received this e-mail from Dorothy. As the date gets closer and we're more sure of the weather, we'll try to get an accurate number of Cobras:
Jim, Wanted to let you guys know that we are offering special for clubs of 10+: $15 per vehicle. Farmer's Almanac predicts sunny and warm for the 22nd. We'll have your same area ready for you guys! Thanks for getting everyone coordinated. Not an easy task!!! Dorothy |
If anyone wants to go for a spin in the afternoon after looking at the cars I could lead a nice run , say 2hrs?

Does not look like the Farmers Almanac is going to be correct this year. The National Weather Service is predicting showers.:mad:

I've even thought of putting the top on for the early morning start. I'm coming unless the forecast is poor.

Jim-I'm still planning to show - and I don't even have the Andy approved foot box drains yet! I'm ready to take the gamble cause I'm bet'n it's gonna be a great day for cobras.

The current weather forecasts show rain until Sunday for both B'ham and Gig Harbor. We had a nasty wind/rain storm hit Wednesday afternoon. I've all but given up on Gig Harbor. I was dreaming all week about going somewhere fast..... Of course I'll keep checking the weather...

Maybe a run on sunday if it's bad saturday -what you all think??? Andy?

Its 11pm and I just got home. Jim did they have the car show? Bruce I well look at the weather in mourning, if some one still wants to go we could meet up in Gig Harbor, say 10am? Jim, Ray others Bob N. we could run around the canal? Well look in the mourning.
