Default 2010 Run to the Sun - 8/6-8/8

Hi Everyone!

Just booked our rooms at Sun Mountain Lodge; only one other party has booked (Dale?).

Is anyone else planning to attend? Would be great to make it a group event.

Jeff

I'm still up in the air.

We are taking the Cobra on vacation this year. We leave on 7/8 and return around 7/30. Two factors may influnce our joining the run to the sun trip.

Condition of the car, and if we will feel like another extended ride in it.

Heather & I are looking forward to this trip. We have not booked our room yet, but will shortly. We sure enjoyed the trip last year.

Andy
Plan is to stay Friday night and Saturday night. We usually try and meet at Jake's Cafe in Snohomish Friday morning around 9:00 AM and head out after breakfast.

If you have questions give me a call at 206-671-9921.

Default Run to The Sun Shirts

If you are going on the 2010 Run To The Sun (or not) and you would like this years shirt, I need your size and quantity. The cost will be $25.00 to $30.00 each. The shirt this year will have a bit of a tribute to Steve Bisson, with the "Terlingua Racing Team" logo on the shirt, plus a little something extra.

We need your responses by 6th of July so I can get the order placed.

Bye for Now

PS-The shirt will be a good quality golf shirt.

Dan, we just got back from a 16 day vacation and will not be able to join you guys this year. I would love to have one of this years shirts. We had such a great time last year and it was extra special knowing it was Steve's last Cobra run.

Hello Dale,

Right now it's looking like we will not be able to make it. After 4 weeks off of work, I don't think they will take it kindly if I take an extended weekend on my first week back.

However, we do want to get some shirts. One XXL, and one XL.

We are leaving for vacation some time between this coming Saturday, and next Tuesday. If you need me to send you a check, let me know as soon as you can. We will be returning to town approximately 7/30.

Thanks for doing this.

OK we will add you guys to the shirt order. Sorry to here you won't be able to make it. We'll miss your company. I am suppose to talk to SML after the 4th, so if your situation changes you may still have time.

Dale,

I just booked Friday and Saturday nights at Sun Mountain. We won't be able to get out of Bellingham until about noon, but Hwy 20 will be a sweet cruise (if it isn't snowing!@). We should pull in around 4. We are in the main lodge. I mentioned I was with the Cobra group and saved about $200! My cell is 360 739-6803. We will pass on the shirt. Thanks so much!

Ward

We usually get to the Marblemount / Newhalem area around noon. Will will be stopping at Newhalem for a for a while and we usually stop at a view point or two on the way over so check those areas on your way though you may catch up with us.

Dale
