Cascade Cars and Coffee Portland
I thought I'd share a Cars and Coffee for the Portland/Vancouver metro area that we are calling Cascade Cars and Coffee Portland.

It is being held every Saturday the whole year RAIN OR SHINE with roll-in at 8am and will last until at least 10am. The location is the Cascade Station Starbucks by the Portland International Airport just off I-205.

In addition to sweet cars, trucks, and bikes there's Starbucks, Quiznos, Jamba Juice, IHOP, Buffalo Wild Wings, Famous Dave's BBQ, shopping and more!

Looks like the S2000 crowd was well represented.
I will make it down sometime this summer when the weather is nice.
I have a buddy who owns two of the old Mini's and one of the new models. In fact he has the last Cooper S sold by Monty Shelton. I will try to kick his ass out of bed early and get him to bring a car also.

Yeah, more boosted S2K's than not.
My friend brought his 1965 Austin Cooper S last Saturday and then we drove it around town while receiving some funny looks from people along with thumbs up. He'll probably bring it out regularly to the event. |
