Little Guy's Opinion...
As the little guy who built his replicar in his double garage over 4 years with my own money and sweat, I say that the cobra I built and had inspected and registered as a replica is a different animal than Shelby or AC's cobra. Also I bought the Ford and Cobra emblems from licensed Motorsport dealers who pay a fee to the big boys to sell their stuff. So if I put these 'legal' emblems on my car, boat, toilet or truck that's my business,I paid for them. Nobody can tell me what to do with these emblems, I live in a free country, sort of, not as free as you Yankees, but if I want to wear my Dallas Cowboys badge on my A** nobody will tell me to take it off. We in Canada have so many stupid rules for businesses that many of them go to the USA instead of trying them here, but an individual can do what the hell he pleases,he is not bound by business law. So as an individual put the emblems anywhere you want, even on the handle of that sweet 626 stainless Smith & Wesson.

Ford and Cobra emblems
I guess I will worry about emblem licensing when the Feds come knocking on the door. Until then, thank God for CBC and their coverage of the Olympics. It is the way sports should be covered. And to all the Canadians complaining about the CBC, you should be forced to watch that "up close and personal" crap from NBC.

Canada may have it's problems business wise, but at least they are not FORCED to watch little Bob Costas moderate the Olympics.
Wish I could get CBC.

Bish I'll trade you CBC for the ESPN2 sports channel, I used to camp in MT Vernon just to watch the NHRA drags that we can't get here.I'll even throw in the French programming, can't understand it anyway. I think it's Le Cobra, haha.

So are we supposed to now remove our Cobra emblems, License plate brackets, hats, jackets, key fobs etc. ad infinitum? No, I know that isn't going to happen, but I do wonder if Brent can keep the Club Cobra name. Maybe we have to call it Club Mamba from now on.

I moved all the way to Oregon from Montreal to get away from Celine Dion, only to find out she's on the TV as much here as there!
