Picture Resizer for Windows XP
This is for Jake, who has figured out how to manipulate the space/time continuum, but can't resize a picture. 
Click "ImageResizer.exe" on the right hand side, about 1/2 - 3/4 of the way down. It will save to your drive automatically.
