We just got back from there and stayed at the Icecle-Inn and what a trip it must be to drive them passes in a Cobra, What state it is! Next time I'm going to drive out there. Wish I Going!!!!!!!!!!!

The Icicle Creek Inn is a great place to stay; excellent lodging and very good food. I-90 through Snoqualmie pass is a fun drive as is Hwy 97 through Blewett Pass. My Favorite, for a two day trip, is Hwy 20 through the North Cascades. We are really blessed with some beautiful scenery. Glad you enjoyed your stay. The next time bring your Cobra.:3DSMILE: |

Daughter # 5 is getting married that weekend. That is one trip the wife and I were looking forward to going on. Maby another one later this year.

Kristen and I will be there. She is having out-patient surgery the day before so she may be taking it slow during the weekend. What a great place to relax and recover.

I and one of my daughters are planning on going assuming the weather holds. We will likely join all of you for the drive over, but then come back sometime that saturday as we have some commitments on Sunday.

Steve, anyone from the south end that wants to can meet at my house at 8:15 and leave by 8:30 A.M. Looks like it is good we are getting a jump on the heat! We can try to meet up with the Federal Way folks on Hwy 18.

Sherrie and I will definately be over in Leavenworth, but we may actually be heading over Friday night to stay at my Grandparents cabin just outside Leavenworth. We might be going early because it sounds like there's a pipe that needs a little work after a cold winter.

Just wanted to let everyone know that I called the motel and check in is at 3:00 pm. We should arrive in Leavenworth around lunch time and it will give us some time to look around. For the crew that will meeting us in town we will see you when we get there and if nothing else we will see you at the motel at 3:00pm. I am planning on a group dinner at around 6:30 pm for those that want to get together. If you need to get in touch with me I can be reached on my cell @ 253-208-0905.
