September Bellingham run
We are going to Bellingham Sept 5-7. Up on Friday, Saturday out to Artist's Point on Mt Baker, and Sunday home via Chuckanut Dr. with maybe a stop in La Connor. Artist Point is a bit like Mt St Helens, a paved but winding road up the mountain. We have had the Lakeway Best Western set aside a few rooms, the total for the two nights would be about $325.

My mom turns 90 on September 11th, so we will be in Portland the following weekend, and it will be difficult for me to get 2 weekends off in a row, but maybe I will be, cough, cough, sick. |
Artist Point is a great drive. Good smooth road.
