Default September Bellingham run

We are going to Bellingham Sept 5-7. Up on Friday, Saturday out to Artist's Point on Mt Baker, and Sunday home via Chuckanut Dr. with maybe a stop in La Connor. Artist Point is a bit like Mt St Helens, a paved but winding road up the mountain. We have had the Lakeway Best Western set aside a few rooms, the total for the two nights would be about $325.

This is a very loose plan. Let us know if you are interested and we will go from there. Post here or e-mail bugeyerita@gmail.com.

Karen and I will try to make it.

My mom turns 90 on September 11th, so we will be in Portland the following weekend, and it will be difficult for me to get 2 weekends off in a row, but maybe I will be, cough, cough, sick.

Artist Point is a great drive. Good smooth road.
Will try to tag along. No motel needed.

dblbarrel We would love the company and road expert. How about some good restaurant suggestions?

Mark what kind of restaurants are you guys looking for?
Pm your phone number, we might cook a dinner.
Need to make sure the wife is not busy.
I will be gone this weekend, Tom Petty at the George with my daughter.
Get that old basturd Andy to come up.

Edit, a picnic lunch would be advisable for Artist Point, you wont want to leave.
