Well gentleman, it looks like the weather is going to be pretty nice this Saturday and I think it's about time to get out there!
Anybody up for a run? I was thinking maybe Andy could take us on his very popular Belfair run.
Andy?

Sure seems like I don't at times.:(

However, I will make the run to the sun this year no matter what.:)

1blackbb66 04-03-2009 07:54 PM

Mmmmmmm, Maybe Andy is AWOL???

I'm open to suggestions. Jake, are you working? Jim? Steve? Mark?

I thought a run to Belfair would be nice, or we could head down to Chehalis to that cool old restaurant that Andy took us to and have lunch.
I don't really care......with the weather the way it's been I'm about to go nuts and need some rumble time!

Ray

race-it 04-03-2009 08:44 PM

I like Chalehalliss.**) But I do not care! My thought was a little bit more open road (less Trees or shade) Temp to be 58 so some sunshine would be nice!
Jim

Steve Bisson 04-04-2009 08:57 AM

Ray's idea sounds good to me. Do you think we could find that restaurant again?

1blackbb66 04-04-2009 09:03 AM

OK Here's two different runs.
Short run;
Tacoma to Gig Harbor-Purdy-Wauna-Belfair-Gorst-Port Orchard-Gig Harbor-Tacoma.
Long run;
Tacoma to Gig Harbor-Purdy-Wauna-Balfair-Tahuya-Holly-Crosby-Bremerton-Gorst-Port Orchard-Gig Harbor-Tacoma.
Meet at the McDonalds parking lot off Wollocht Drive at noon?

Ray

Steve Bisson 04-04-2009 09:08 AM

Do you mean the one at Olympic Village? My wife is sick but I'll try to make it.

Jim

1blackbb66 04-04-2009 09:24 AM

Steve,

I did a search and it's the Olympic Club in Centralia. We could go there for beers and lunch.

Ray

Steve Bisson 04-04-2009 04:10 PM

Great run! It felt good to get the cars out in the sun.

Jim (race-it) Loose those Webers and get a simple Holley DP and get out and drive.**)

It's days like today that make it all worthwhile. Ray and Steve, I had a great time. The best part were the people (waitress & customers) where Ray picked for lunch. :LOL: Let's do this again soon with more participants.

I'm not sure (Belfair, I think). Some road side bar in the sticks. For some reason, I have banjo music in my head.
