Quaker steak and Lube where? I'm from the south and need directions.

rdorman 04-24-2005 08:31 PM

Quaker Steak and Lube is at the Polaris exit. First exit North of 270 on 71, North of Columbus. Turn left at the top of the ramp, Left at the first light past the freeway. You can see the 'lube' from the freeway and after you pass over after the exit.

Frank/Rick, will try to get there although not sure it will be in the Cobra, unless the snow melts by then and the temp gets way up:3DSMILE:

rdorman 04-25-2005 09:40 AM

Definiatly not looking like Cobra weather.

BUT, Cystic Fibrosis will be there and the 'twins' will to. More to come on them but they are two adorable local twin girls who have CF. You may have seen them on the news recently.

Meeting-OCC

Next meeting of OCC, Tues, 5/3, 7PM, Hoolihans, Route 161 and Sawmill Place. Everyone is welcome. Kate Anderson of cystic Fibrosis will attend.

What a great meeting!! So much accomplished. I won't bore all of you with the details. Lots of legal, financial, etc mumbo jumbo. Just the kind of stuff you have to take care of to hold an event of this size.

Lots of talk about the details. Tickets, shirts and stuff, dyno, our time with Bob Johnson, vendors and manufacturers, etc, etc.

I was GREAT having Kate there from Cystic Fibrosis. That cleared up a lot for me.

Looked at the final version of the OCC logo(yes, it is cool) and the poster for the event (look for it soon on www.londoncobrashow.com)

Sorry I will not be able to make it next week :(

RICK I'M COUNTING DOWN THE DAYS -----------

rob frink 06-21-2005 07:41 AM

Tonight is the last meeting before the big weekend. Same place and same time: Hoolihan's about 7:00.

Everyone is invited and welcome. I can't imagine that we will do much official busness as everything seemed to be ready at last week's meeting.

We do need volunteers for the poker run stops....ask your spouses.

Also, bring your best guess of the final participant count. This is helpful for printing, saturday's food conssesions, and the poker run restaurant stops.

CYA there....I'm bringing the Cobra again if its dry.

Godzila 06-21-2005 08:14 AM

I'm bringing Minzila, anyone wanna race, bring your pink slips,,,,,,,,,,I pick the course**)

Mike Braatz 06-21-2005 08:56 AM

WHAT ABOUT THE HOOTERS GIRLS?? I PICK THE OUT FIT.
