just fyi ERA's don't come with any emblems attached.

Here in Maryland, I've experienced some of the things you are talking about, but not a lot. I have won over a dozen trophies with my Power Performance Cobra and all but 1 were in a general show. The funniest was a guy in our club who had an FFR spec racer converted to street use. He was parked next to me at a very large (1500 cars) car show. His hood was on saw horses and the interior was bare aluminum. At the awards ceremony, lo and behold they called his name and gave him a trophy. Needless to say I was pi$$ed! However, they later called my name in a different class and gave me a trophy. It turns out they put him in the "unfinished project" class! We still laugh about that.:LOL:

One car show with my Kirkham FIA, won trophy for "best use of metal". It draws a lot of attention at the Friday night Sonic meet.........Ron

How could a replica replicate w/o emblems like an original came with.

Just tell them they are "replica" emblems.
