Default E brake handle

Where or what car was the original e brake handle sourced from?

Definately not a Jag I found an MG midget one that is close but not exact. It had to come from some other car I don't think they had one made.

Definitely not from an AC or Bristol powered Ace as they used a completely different set up. I have a few interchange references and one shows the Cobra brake lever as being the same as the ones used in Jaguar MkVII and Mk VIIIs. I have never seen a picture with the E-brake in one of these cars so I cannot confirm, although I have seen a MkII and it is close.

OK Nick....if it's not Jag E-type, what is is?
ERA use an XKE handbrake, so I'm assuming it's pretty close

It's real close to an Austin Healey 100/3000 MossMotors.com - Restoration Parts And Accessories For British Cars
It just looks to have more taper in the handle than the Cobras.

Our handle is interchangeable with an XKE (mount-wise), but the visible top is like the original. We make the whole assembly in-house.

It is also open in the back where as the cobra one is enclosed all the way down.
