Need Help With An Alternator

Hey all,
I picked this up over the weekend but I don't know what I've got. I was told it works fine but haven't tested it yet. The part number doesn't match the case though. Is this put together from parts? How can I tell what the amp output is?
Thoughts?
The part number is D0ZF10300-B.
