The tool kit: now the brake bleeding tool
Found this "cute" brake bleeding tool on e-bay. Note exactly like the original but the best I could find.
Cheers

Pretty cool.
I had seen on this forum, somewhere, a detail of the original Girling bleeder that came in the original toolkits. It looks pretty basic (like the one you found) and I was planning on welding up a 1/8" thick steel bar to a deep socket. However, I can't seem to find the sketch anymore. Can one of you post a picture of it for me? It's here somewhere but I am not that good with the search function.
Thanks!
Mike

Did the original tool come with any other cars of the time? Where else can we look?

In my long search (nearly ten years now) for an original for my red car I have never found one that wasn't with/from a AC Cars made vehicle.
They have been reproduced in small quantities before and even those are rare as when offered a chance to be included in runs only a very few people were interested. I have heard of a few people making their own. The correct size steel tubing to start with is the most challenging part of the process.

I'll want one as well. Could be an interesting addition to your Facebook page?!
