 Just some thoughts about this topic 
 Although the nascar crank and rods was made for a sustained
 7000-9000 rpms . I would think with would not be necessary .
 I would think if I wanted to have   ''special''  bearings made  or
 have the "wider crank "changed to accomadate standered bearings :
 I would think think that would be possible . Other than that the block is
 standered size .
