Source for dashtop-mounted rearview mirror?

For some reason I'm having a difficult time finding a new one.

Any pointers would be helpful.

No actually, that's the one I'm trying to avoid.

I'm looking for something that doesn't leave the screw heads exposed, would come with a sliding cover to go over the base or would fasten from under/within the dash surface.
