I sent you an email, but thought I would post a reply here as well.
I have a forged steel crankshaft for a 427 FE. It is actually a 391T crank with the snout machined for a passenger car application. It has the $ cast into the counterweight, which indicates that it is forged steel. It has been machined to 0.020/0.020. Let me know if you are interested.
