Halibrand & Goodyear WANTED
Hello
Is there a shop in the States where you can buy Halibrand 15" knock off wheels (plus adapter) and Goodyear tires (like the tires from Krause) BUT WITH DOT!! There is no chance to drive with out DOT in Switzerland!! I'm interest to buy them as "complete set" (tires mounted and balanced) and ship it to Switzerland! Many thanks for every information!! ALF :D P:S: Or is there a distributor in Europe???? :confused: |
I have heard that careful use of a Dremel can make "Not for Highway Use" tires "For Highway Use". Of course, I would never condone that.

i had halibrand fire up the original molds last year and they cast me a sizeable run of halibrands, 7.5" and 9.5", 15" wheels out of magnesium. these are the same as magnesium orig wheels, except no internal corrosion issues. i run them on cobras at the track. orig molds but more modern casting process. they arent cheap, but u cant find better if u have an interest. lb
