Halibrand & Goodyear WANTED

Hello

Is there a shop in the States where you can buy Halibrand 15" knock off wheels (plus adapter) and Goodyear tires (like the tires from Krause) BUT WITH DOT!! There is no chance to drive with out DOT in Switzerland!!

I'm interest to buy them as "complete set" (tires mounted and balanced) and ship it to Switzerland!
