Question Cast finned aluminum "Cobra 427" valve covers

Anyone know where I can locate a pair of finned cast aluminum valve covers with "Cobra 427" cast into the top? I currently have a set of "Cobra Lemans" finned valve covers (with satin black sides) but would like to replace them with the "427" covers. I have tried Branda but they tell me their manufacturer has run into problems with licensing and cannot provide any.

Any suggestions?

Thanks, Bob

How about polished lemans? I have some of them for sale...

DSC Motorsports carries that line of covers, too.

Question

How about Cobra Restorers in Georgia. My magazine isn't their latest one but they show them for $224.95 a set.

Default Cast Alum. valve covers

Thanks HotRodJoe and Ron61 for your responses.

I have contacted DSC Motorsports and they no longer have any of the "Cobra 427" covers. (He has one set but is keeping them, which I can understand). He did say to check back with him in a couple months as he might be able to get another batch cast elsewhere. (Branda told me the same)

I contacted Cobra Restorers in Georgia and was told they only have the chrome pentroof covers.

HotRodJoe, about the polished LeMans covers you have. Not really what I want but how much for them in case I keep striking out on the 427s?

You might give a call to Randy Cobb, a good freind of mine in Okla. City. It Seems like I remember him having a pair. He has a bunch of cobra and FE stuff.
