Help Titling a new Cobra in MN?

Am hoping to purchase a new Superformance and title it in the state of Minnesota. I have talked to a half dozen people at MN DMV thus far and have been given different/conflicting information from each and every person I talk to. Has anyone had a fairly recent experience in MN and, if so, would you be willing to share some information with me?
