rather than go through all of n.y. state bull $hit i registered my era in fla. all u need is a friend or reletive and use their address as your residence. everything was done through the mail, no inspection, no hassle. just go to the fla. auto registration website and get everthing you need. n.y. SUCKS! your auto insurance must be purchased from a fla. broker.
