SPCNS is going to be the make of the car and the year will be 2006. I agree also that you should go to bar. Make sure you take a long as possible to complete each step and be very nice to the DMV personnel as in the end you need them to like you. I easily got enough extensions to drive from July to end of November last year. The rest of your plan is perfect. I just finished this and am presently waitning on my new title.
