Does anyone know how a more recently titled vehicle would do in emissions testing?

I believe NY is the same as NJ, they go off the year of the block used.......

Does the registration name matter
 
Does the make the car is registered as have any issues with NYS DMV?

for example, if the car is registered as a 1965 Superformance or a 1966 ERA roadster, does this raise any red flags with DMV?
