They said a signature was missing on the back.. who signs there? me or Don Scott?

Hmmm.. So I wonder if this invalidates my plates and the car is grounded or this just stalls my title until I get it fixed..

It should not invalidate your plates...if you have paid your fees, etc. you should be able to drive it while you get the required signature...same as if you needed to smog it or get a vin varification, etc.
