Why not try this website? https://www.chuckcobra.com/construct...awings-01.html
Or this website? Shelby Cobra parts - at Cobra Restorers, Ltd. And then go to their catalog and look for blue prints

Hello everyone, greetings and happy holidays.
I would like to obtain the drawings and plans by Chuck Cobra. I understand that Chuck passed away a few years ago and his website has been abandoned. I have sent several emails and no one has responded. Can anyone help me obtain his drawings? Is anyone selling them?

Again, the items you are requesting are copyrighted, sold as single use only, so asking someone to sell you a copy of them is illegal here in the US. Regardless of who is alive or dead, the copyright still remains in affect and you'll have to find a licensed reseller to achieve your goal. There is a reseller of such things on Ebay, who is located in Belgium, who may have what you are looking for.

If they are just copyrighted then it is legal to sell them as long as the seller sells theirs and not a copy. Just like a book...
If they are restricted then probably not. The architect who designed my houses limited them to once. If I built another (which I almost did, it woukd have been a 70%+ adapted to the site) then I owed him. But the originals have to be so marked

You lost me at "if". Do you know the the legal status of the drawings and have you visited the website? BTW, If you were selling these, would you be rubbing one off in a corner knowing that you are getting zip because someone else is taking your work and passing it on?

The Chuck cobra drawings are sold as a numbered set to a specific buyer. Each page is identified by set number, name of the original purchaser and date of issue.
This is a can of worms I would not open,

If you can afford to build a cobra you can afford a legitimate legal non-pirated set of drawings. Its like spending 200k for a csx and whining about sales tax and license/registration fees
Somebody spent lots of time creating them . He deserves to be paid. Please honor the Intel l actual property rights.

That's what I want, but Chuck's website is dead. No one is responding to my messages.

No, not dead, not even close
Ok,
Just to dispel any rumors here,
I contacted our friend Mr. Lindquist a couple of days ago, I asked him directly if he was currently or had been recently deceased and he assures me he is quite happily alive....
The website is also fully functional and he was working on some updates featuring his recent adventures.
He also informed me that his original red 289 replica turned over 100,000 miles earlier this summer. ....wow, that's a lot of driving and he wants to do a few thousand more before he is done with it.
So I am not sure where this information is coming from but it needs to stop here.
So, again, not dead, website is working fine, if you need drawings just buy a set directly from him.
Cheers,
Hudson

You know that guy,
