Hi Mr Bruce, thanks for the kind offer, but I'm kinda set on Alu as that's my playing field!
I spent 10 years making aircraft panels in the UK so more familiar with metal than grp.

Also, I'm based in Ireland, so getting a mold/shell from the US would be megabux
