Body mounting points

Where are the usual mounting points on the fiberglass CSX cars? I think I've figured out the rear and front but aren't there mounting points along the sides?
Do you simply drill through the body at the outriggers and rivet/bolt to the 3/4" round tube? Or........

They are riveted around hood and trunk openings to the birdcage and underneath the rocker panels. If you need more pics showing them let me know.
