Is it still in Irvine? I would like to see it. What type of engine build is planned? I ordered an aluminum car and i'm putting a 1962 260 matching numbers engine and transmission into the car. |

I think Evan is knocking at the door, one moment please.
Unless it's an early CSX2000, I'm not sure I see the point, but that's why they make 31 flavors of ice cream. |

				 clock
Hi Larry,I would have placed money on you asking this after the clock posting!
The clock we use is the autometer 201-019
Because of quantities reqd, availability is important and as it is a 8000 series, not a 2000 it becomes one of the many little things that differ to make them recognizable
How is your build going? Post or mail me a pic or two.
 Regards
 Ross

Hey Mark that will be sweet having date coded parts in one of these. The originals had motor numbers stamped in the tag below the CSX #. That will be nice to stamp into yours. We did that with the 6000 I put together and matched the Shelby engine number as close as we could to the CSX #. |
