SAAC43 Sonoma this weekend
Anyone going to Sonoma this weekend?
I am headed with my son Max tomorrow, planning for nice weather as it looks to be about 70F each day and sunny. Will post pictures as I can connect...… See you in Cali...:cool: |
I was going until family plans changed...........%@#@& !!!! But I will be out that way for the Monterey Motorsports Reunion later in Aug. and the Shelby American Collection at the end of Aug.to make up for missing SAAC 43.

Im sorry to say, but no I wouldn't be there this year. Jeff, if you get a chance to see, meet, or listen to the Cobra legend "Allen Grant" don't miss it, the stories he has to tell will blow you away. I've had the pleasure to call him, my "friend" for the last 20+years. In fact 4-NW members (3-of us has known him for years & years) spent last Sunday, at Allen's house just being reg. Cobra guy's. Another great person to look up is Karen Salvaggio (Vintage Daytona racer) good friend of all of us here in the NW. We called her from Allen's to make sure she felt still in the loop ;) . FYI, Allen Grant is scheduled to be at the Shelby American Collection Sept.1st for their gathering.

My wife and I are headed down tomorrow morning. I believe our plan is to do the museum tour on Friday night, and hang out at the track on Saturday. In between its wine tours to keep her happy :)
