Default Ken Miles Literature?

The more I read about the Cobra and GT40 programs, the more I'm finding Ken Miles to be one of my favorite characters involved with Shelby. Has anyone ever seen any good books about Ken Miles? Maybe a biography? I've found a few items that make mention of Ken Miles but really nothing where he is the main focus. I'd really like to learn more about him.

I highly recommend this book by Art Evans: http://www.amazon.com/Ken-Miles-Art-...rds=097050733X

I actually have that in my Amazon cart now, was waiting to pull the trigger to see if there's anything else. Thanks for the recommend, I'll order it today. If anyone knows anything else to get as well, let me know.

Here are a couple of articles about KM...

https://scarfandgoggles.wordpress.co...eakfast-table/

https://scarfandgoggles.wordpress.co...-and-all-that/

There's a book called "Racing in the rain" by John Horsman....it's not specifically about Ken Miles, but he does figure prominently, and it's a good read as well.

Cheers,
Glen

Thanks for the links. It appears that "Racing in the Rain" is out of print and the prices I'm seeing are $150 on up. I'll keep hunting for a cheaper copy, it looks like a good read. If anyone happens to have a copy laying around that they'd get rid of for a reasonable price I'd be interested. The Art Evans book is on order. Thanks guys.

There's a book called "Racing in the rain" by John Wilment....it's not specifically about Ken Miles, but he does figure prominently, and it's a good read as well.

Cheers,
Glen
John Horsman (a meticulous keeper of data) I believe Glen...not Wilment

Thanks, dead right! I've corrected the post.
He was indeed a meticulous "keeper of data". The book is written almost as if the events described had happened yesterday.

Cheers,
Glen

Wow that's really steep. I'm wondering if a library would have a copy?

Default If you can wait a year or more, his character is co-star of Ford vs. Ferrari

Apparently the producers of the Fox feature now being lensed feel he and Shelby devised the GT40 from scratch and his character plays a major role, even characters playing his wife and son will have screentime. So, after this film, a lot more people will know about Ken Miles. I'd like to correct them on the correct chronology but haven't found a way to reach the powers that be.
