Default Steering wheel horn control button

I have a Mota Lita steering wheel with the horn control in the center. It came with my kit, but I believe it is the one described in Finish Line. It is cheap plastic and came with an embossed GM logo on it (oh Lord) which I had to grind off and stick a Coba logo on. It "looked" okay, but alwyas bothered me. It functioned. But the terminal for the wire on the back was always a POS, when I tried to fix it, I broke it (a blessing).

Where can I get something nicer? I want to have a logo in the center (Cobra or AC), and I do not need a new boss. I just want to get the horn button, but something with some damn class. I seen the Mota Lita site has some thing listed that was a "billet horn button with logo" but no pics and then I have to get it from the UK.

Does anyone know of anything that looks good and appears crica 1966? I do not want anything hi-tech or over-the-top.
What was the correct badging for the center piece for the 427? I do believe that it did not have the horn control in the center - that I know, just looking at different options.

Thanks.

Contact Finishline as they are the US importer for Motolita. They should have what you want and save you some time.

I don't see anything on the Finishline website except that plastic one. I have the same issue with it you do. I've fixed it a couple of times.

I have a Flaming River column and hub and the plastic Moto-Lita horn button fits through the Moto-Lita wheel (9-bolt), so I assume the Flaming River horn will fit up for you regardless of what column you have.

I don't care for the aluminum look. I'd prefer black for the horn button. A lot of people have a black horn button with the AC logo on it. Can anyone tell us where to get that one??

Default Horn Button

Xavier, Paul F, I am going through the exact issue now with another Brand of wheel. But the GRANT wheel I have has many button choices in black and chrome that I will just place a cobra metal foil label on to simulate the original look. With a Moto Litta wheel you should have no problems.

Go to the Tony Branda site he has horn buttons for Motto Litta I think, talk to them to get details.
