Question kit cars with fully independent coil over suspension?

Do any of the kit car manufacturers offer coil over independent front and rear suspension, and/or is this a fairly easy thing to accomplish? I'm just getting into this (am in love with the 289 slabside) and my memory of my first car (1930 Model A) with transverse leaf springs left a permanent impression (not a good one)!
Thanks
JH

Comparing a Model A with transverse leaf springs and a "Cobra" with them is apples and oranges. The Model A is 1920s tech while the Cobra is early 50's
Honestly my Superformance 289 is a pretty decent ride and a fun "tossable" car. You can get a Kirkham "Hybrid" 289 with coil overs and the street roadster body. The Superformance (and therefor the Shelby 289s as they are the same car) have a revised frame, i.e. stiffer and spring package to improve ride and handling.

Try an Everett Morrison Mark IV. As about as good as it gets suspension wise. Plus you get a stainless steel chromoly frame and suspension that never needs painting or powder coating.

Factory five is all coil over. IRS is also available. Slab side is not generally available, though. I have seen people do the body work to make a slab side.

Your timing is a little off.

An ERA slabside just sold on bring a trailer 2 days ago.

I think the way to do a Factory Five with a slabside body is to contact user "mr bruce" on this website. He makes Cobra bodies and hard tops.

Here is a thread with an example car:
