Flange yoke question

Looking to source all the parts for my driveshaft build....
I have 8.8 IRS..and a Tremec TKO I have that slip yoke
I require a matching flange yoke for the third member (ford 8.8)
Does anyone know or have a part number/supplier for this yoke
I would like to try and do all this in a 1330 or better series....
Once I have this missing yoke I can start measuring.

As for using a donor....I have the mate to the TKO slip yoke so thats another question later

Whats comes on the boneyard mustangs/t-birds?? Are they adequate?
