Yup!
The 514 was too much motor for this boy. I had questions about the valve train as a maintenance issue too. Solid roller cam in a car I store 3-4 months a year? I guess I should release the rockers when placing it in storage huh? The car just felt like the rears were able to break loose anytime. Also thought you would have to work harder at driving the car with that engine (my opinion, doesn't mean I think this is right for everyone), like down shifting. You better get the rpm's right if down shifting heel and toe in a curve. Ah, it's a nice problem....Big Block, or Small Block,.......that is the question! Great Asp :cool: |
