Hopeful Owner,
I registered a newly constructed ERA car in Texas a couple years ago and it was very simple. If I remember correctly, all that I had to provide was a title from the State of Alabama (procured through Titles Unlimited), proof of insurance and a Texas safety inspection certificate.
