We didn't do our sidepipes, but we did have our primaries coated by a local place called Indy Powdercoating. When we asked about the side pipes they mentioned that a guy in michigan specailizes in coating side pipes for cobras. Not sure if you want to pay the shipping though. Another thing, I don't think ceramic coating is what you want for a roll bar. I assume you want chrome?

I have seen a cobra with a ceramic or maybe just a powder coated rollbar that was the same indy silver as the striping. I liked it alot. The sidepipes were also the same. I thought it looked good. and different. Thank for reply. If you know the company info I would like it.
Thanks

Carlo, try these:
www.airborn.cc
www.jet-hot.com
www.performancecoatings.com
www.thermaltechcoatings.com
www.techlinecoatings.com
www.hpcoatings.com
www.swaintech.com
www.polydyn.com
If none of these works for you, check the yellow pages for "coatings" and maybe you can find someone local.
