single stage vs two stage paint
What are the opinions of single-stage paints vs. two-stage (clear coat on top of color) paints? I have heard that while two-stage paints might be more durable and offer a wet look, single-stage paints offer a deeper warmer look. I have also heard that clear-coat paints look good on a new Lexus, but don't look quite right on a vintage (type) car.
Whats are the board's views?
