Default Le Mans Stripe Dimensions

I thinking of adding vinyl Le Mans and or pit stripes when my car arrives. I want to use vinyl to see if I like the look before I commit to paint. Does anyone know the dimensions of the stripes? Thanks Tom

Tom,

Those dimensions can be found on the ERA website, erareplicas dot com. Look under the index for the 427.

Good luck, -John

Thanks John. Are they the same for ERA and Kirkham?

I may have miss spoke. If you mean the full length body stripes check out: http://www.erareplicas.com/427man/stripes/stripes.gif

If you mean the paired fender stripes, I don't know if I have seen specific dimensions. There was a recent post that addressed vinyl fender stripes...you may want to do a search.

The 289 FIA has a stripe that crosses the front fenders and hood. Those dimensions can also be found at the ERA site, under the 289 heading.

I don't think these dimensions given are manufacture specific and besides the ERA is pretty close to original dimesions +/-, or so I have been told.

Again good luck. -John

John

I found both the Le Mans and pit stripes on the ERA site. I think the only difference could be the overall length. The width and spacing are most likely the same. I tried a search but didn't have any luck. Thanks

Tom
