I am using an add on slave cylinder for my clutch,1" bore and 1" stroke, it doesn't work very well, I have found a slave cylinder with 2.5 inches of travel, it has a .65 " bore, can I get full travel with a 1" master cylinder, specs say it takes .61n3 to get full stroke, what ever that means. I need at least 1.5" stroke.

You must have veered off course from the normal stuff available. A one inch slave works well just about 100 percent of the time.

Give us some more information on what kind of slave you're working with, and what type clutch and bellhousing.

I had the long input shaft and big bellhousing for the T-5, I have changed to the shorter input shaft, bearing retainer and bellhousing, I am using the CNC slave cylinder, my clutch releases about half an inch from the floor, if I go futher, then the clutch slips, I am running the King Cobra clutch and pressure plate 10.5 inch, I built the mounting bracket for the slave cylinder per instructions, there just isn't enough movement on the clutch arm. The cylinder I have found is a MICO slave cylinder, I don't want to buy it, if it won't work either, I don't know if I will get enough movement with my 1" wilwood master cylinder. The spec sheet says it takes .61in3 to get full stroke, I don't know how to figure how much fuild the master cylinder will push.
