FE Mock-Up Engine Available
It looks like the guys at P-Ayr have their FE engine mock-up ready to go. For those not familiar with P-Ayr, they make lightweight mock-up engines and related components that can be used for chassis test fitting and product displays. The engines are light enough that one person can take them in and out easily.
We currently use their 302, 351 and 460 engine mock-ups here in the shop. They have become very valuable tools that are used regularly in our process. Since they were located near by we were able to meet with the owner about 6 months ago and talked about the desire to have an FE mock-up engine as well. He said they were working on it at the time. We are certainly glad to see the FE is becoming a reality. I'm sure we will be purchasing one in the near future.
They had an early one available on e-bay over the weekend.
