Default Kirkey Vintage Seats?

I know a few people here are using the KIRKEY VINTAGE SEATS. What is your opinion on these seats? I would like to use these seats for both around town and a few track days. I can see where they are supportive, but how about comfortable?

Kind of like to know myself as I'm thinking of using one for the drivers seat.
Good/bad?

I have one in the driver's position. I think it sits great. Very supportive....enough cushion to be comfortable as well.

Dean Lampe also has some in his Kirkham.

I use a kirkey vintage seat for my drivers seat. It is very comfortable and provides a lot of support. A little hard to get in and out of, but you learn how to make it easy.

Brent is right, I have one in my Kirkham and it is very comfortable. On the track you will definately need it. I ordered mine from Jegs. They were about half price but it was a custom order.

Go to www.kirkeyracing.com . Thats where I got mine. You have to buy the seat and the cover. You can also go to summit racing.com.You have to call them and ask. I think it cost less from Kirkey. Good luck
