Please call this number on Tuesday. This is the number for GE PLASTIC
1-800-PLASTIC. They will give the phone number of their local distributor. I purchase it directly from GE here in Philly for my customers. I hope this helps.
PS they also do custom cuts.

Have a HAPPY HOLIDAY.

I checked McMasters. They have a 48x96 sheet but I really need 60x96 sheet. The expense of Motor freight shipping is also of concern.
I'll also check GE.

Not meaning to hijack a thread but while we are on the subject--kind of, what is the best way to cut lexan?

A good jigsaw and a blade suitable for plastic will work. I know it works on 1/4" stuff. Be sure to leave protective paper on lexan while you cut.

Do you have a Tap Plastic franchise in your area? They can get/or have on hand most any type of plastic or Lexan or they can order it. No frieght charges unless you choose to have it shipped to your home.

Thank you for taking time for the suggestions. It just never seemed to work smoothly for me. I think that it seemed like the plastic was trying to melt back together or something.

Thanks for letting me side track the subject for a second. Now back to the sources for the stuff.

Default Lexan

Looking up the data on Lexan MR10, specs say its best used on flat areas and it isnt cold formable!

I assume it needs some heat maybe from a heat gun to curve it to the Cobra windscreen shape, any data on this or refer to any posts would be appreciated?
