Default Demon choke
Whenever I pull the choke lever the RPM never returns back to the original idle setting. Never goes lower than 1100. I'd like to remove the choke altogether. Can I just start unscrewing the thing off the Demon carb and remove all the cabling?

Yes. I have two Demon Road Demon Jr 725's on my FE. I removed both manual chokes. It takes about 2-3 minutes per carb.
